50 % Pinot Noir – 25% Chardonnay – 25% Pinot Blanc
A champagne with character, our Excellence is a flattering blend of our wines from old vines, notably Pinot Blanc, a rare and delicate grape. It is both complex and elegant. The aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offers a powerful nose of fruit-jams, vivified by the freshness of Chardonnay.

100 % Pinot Noir
A blend of red wine from our “Mobline” plot and white Pinot Noir wines from our three different villages. This wine, with notes of small red fruits, offers a greedy nose and ample mouth. Our Rosé Champagne aged approximately 2 years in our vaulted cellar before being disgorged by hand.
